The Ace Team has been busy since our last update. We are behind so lets go back to March. The team rolled into Pax Trax for round 8 of the FTR series with high hopes. Saturday practice went well and even the team manager was ready race on Sunday. The boys did well with David Leaf taking first in all of his moto’s. Tyler Davis was unstoppable in the Super Mini class. Pax had put in a new roller section after the finish line and Tyler blasted through as if they weren’t there. Ricardo Davila had some bad luck in his first moto while battling with Alex Therien. The two riders got together before the finish line leaving Ricardo with a broken radiator. Thanks to our friend Andy Dickson, who had the same year bike, we were able to swap out parts and get Ricardo back on the gate for his second moto. Mat Petrunick, who has just recently joined the team, is doing a great job and we are preparing him for next seasons points battle. Braydon Obar continues to work on his skills and is currently in fourth place in the 65 7-9.
After Pax, the April race brought us to the sand of Bartow. The team had never been to this track so it was going to be interesting to see what would happen in the sand. Saturday practice was tough but after changing some gearing and tires, they were ready for Sunday. The racing was tough and it looked like the sand was winning. All the riders did a great job and Chase Obar made his racing debut in the sand on his factory Yamaha PW 50. If you want to see what this sport is all about (FUN) Then you just have to watch the Future Fast Folk race their hearts out on their 50's. It will bring a tear to your eye. We hope that the Ace Team will one day sign that Yamaha Factory Rider. Along with the debut of Chase we celebrated Tyler Davis’s Birthday and Awarded him the Captain of the team. Thank You to Joe and Jamie for the wonderful birthday dinner you provided for Tyler and the Ace Family. Congratulations Tyler we know you will help lead the way for your teammates by the example you set on and off the track. Well, The team has one more FTR race at Lakeland on the 18th of May, along with a few stops on the FLMX series. Come on out and support the team. Stop by the rig and have a Coke.

Please give your support to our Riders hard work, they are truly making Ace a place to remember.
